Dr. Finch is originally from Washington DC before the military brought him to Oklahoma, where he has since made it his home. Dr Finch is a family medicine physician, serving in both military and civilian capacity. He focuses on truly getting to know each and every one of his patients and tailoring their healthcare to their lifestyle. In his free time, Dr. Finch enjoys spending time with his wife, Candice, and their beautiful children.

 Ancie Madden is an ICU Registered Nurse turned board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also received double Bachelor Degrees in Chemistry and Nursing from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. (Go Red Raiders!!) Ancie has been trained to treat the whole family, from newborn babies to adults of every age. She really takes pride in making sure she treats each one of her patients as if they were a part of her own family. Her favorite part of every visit is patient education and empowering patients to take an active part in their own health. She believes every patient deserves a happy and healthy life. In her free time, Ancie enjoys spending time with her husband, their 2 crazy kiddos, and their 2 rowdy pups!! 

Originally from Kentucky, Leah joined us in Oklahoma from 2019 to 2023. Since moving out of state due to her husband's active duty military service, she has rejoined our clinic and is incredibly grateful to continuing seeing her patients virtually. Leah received her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University (Go Hilltoppers!) and Physician Assistant degree from Indiana State University. With a background in integrative medicine, Leah has a passion for educating patient's about lifestyle changes, stress management, and mental health to help create overall health and wellbeing for each patient she sees. When she's not working, she enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her husband, Zach, and two-year-old little girl, Hattie.

 Braxton Bratcher is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, he worked as a registered nurse in urgent care, providing care to patients of all ages throughout Oklahoma. Braxton is passionate about patient education and believes that helping patients understand their health is an essential part of quality care. He enjoys taking the time to answer questions, discuss treatment options, and help patients feel informed and confident in their healthcare decisions. Outside of the clinic, Braxton enjoys staying active, traveling with his girlfriend, following Oklahoma sports, and spending time with family and friends. 

Amanda Fite is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner focusing on comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management since 2023. She is passionate about partnering with patients to achieve their health goals.

Amanda earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walsh University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from SWOSU in Weatherford. Before her role as an NP, she worked as a registered nurse for over 12 years, giving her a strong foundation in patient care.

Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys reading, physical fitness, and experiencing life with her family and friends.
